NEW Bradford executives: Prosper Karuru, Linet Moyo and other members

Those elected included youth chairperson Victor Chadoka, Youth Secretary Linnet Moyo, Secretary Prosper Karuru, Committee Members, Grace Machoko and Sydney Moyo

Prosper Karuru who is also a member of the British Labour party and Zimbabwe Association was nominated unopposed.

The chairman of Bradford MDC Hopewell Tigere urged the new office bearers to work harder for the sake of justice in Zimbabwe. He said Zimbabweans holding public office have a duty to show leadership.

Mr Mutwira also addressed the meeting and urged MMDC officials to demonstrate political commitment as a way of freeing Zimbabwe from a dictatorship.

He noted that the largest MDC-T in the diaspora was in South Africa followed by the UK and Ireland and then the USA.

However, MDC-T recently demoted external assemblies to associates owing to unending squabbles.
